Paul’s profile:

A highly accomplished International IT/Telecommunications and Utilities Business Technology Professional and Technology Entrepreneur with over 30 years of Corporate Executive Level experience in the Public Sector and Corporate Enterprise environments within the technology, utilities and software development domains. He operates on a global basis in the fields of Advanced Data Centre, Utilities, Communications, Telco Operational Support Systems, Business/Technology Transformation, Software Development, Security Protocols, IT and Forensics in the ‘Emerging Telecommunications -Utilities’ and Government environment.

Paul has successfully launched several EIS schemes over the past five years in the Creative and Digital Media environment. Paul has also funded and sold numerous companies over the past fifteen years in the Data/Telecommunications/Utilities environment including but not limited to Data Centers, OSS Technology, Digital and Creative Media, Content Companies and Technology Managed Services businesses.

Paul has a long ongoing successful association with Liverpool John Moors University (LJMU) and especially with the school of Mathematics and Computing at LJMU and has pioneered multiple undergraduate and graduate level schemes enabling students to transition into Industry from the University. He has specialized in the transfer of the University technology ‘IPR’ into various Business opportunities both through spin out and through leverage with Major International corporations, under his guidance these concepts have been taken to market and successfully monetized in the Digital environment.
